Job Description
As a Scrum Master Certified Scrum Master with deep knowledge of scrum framework with all its artefacts and techniques
Minimum 5 years of experience in working with Scrum teams’ Strong familiarity and adherence to core Agile values and principles
Experience as a practising Scrum Master on a team Works with the Product owner to align the team with the product vision sprint goals and other necessary information
Partners with Product Owner s to ensure continuous refinement of the backlog which may include stories from multiple projects
Knowledge of DevOps tools and Understanding of CI-CD pipelines
Expert with Agile and Scrum framework and its application in Product Development and delivery organization
Coaches and directs project team members and gives them operational guidance both technically and organizationally including agile software development when applicable where necessary directs sub Is responsible and facilitates for implementation and realization and release if applicable by the project team according to the project plan specification quality time money information and organization
Creates an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
Seeks opportunities for improvement to the overall effectiveness of teams and the organization
Exposure to modern engineering practices like Unit Test Driven Development Acceptance Test-Driven Development and Continuous Integration
A mindset of servant leadership Ability to coach and mentor Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels Manages internal and external stakeholders.
