5. Knowledge of MS Office products, Help tools such as Robo Help

• Experience of writing strategic papers

Job Profile/ Description:
1. The incumbent will Work in cross-functional teams with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Technical Leads to produce and manage documentation in support of projects and on-going operations
2. Compose technical documents including user guides, manuals, publications, training manuals, process documentations, workflows, white papers and special reports by interviewing content sources;
3. Develop guidelines for format and style for documents in order to ensure consistency across all deliverables;
4. Ensure all documents are reviewed and proofread prior to delivery;
5. Confer with staff in the development of formats, graphics, and layout of publications; organize and coordinate the composition of material and drafting of forms suitable for reproduction
