SAP APO

 They should be ready to work on rotational shifts.

• Must be strong in APO (DP/SNP/PPDS). Expert Knowledge in SAP SCM, SAP APO – DP/SNP, Integrated Supply Chain Modeling (CIF), Live Cache, DP/SNP configuration, PPDS flow.
• SAP APO System expert for different modules, versions.
• Excellent knowledge of integration with SAP MM, PP, SD & Logistics module
• Resolving post implementation issues in post go live support and enhancements done to improve productivity and performance of the SAP system.
• Day to day production support activities in DP, SNP, PPDS.
• Meet the SLA requirements down for the support project.
• Daily troubleshooting of user queries and resolution of issues.
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
