·       Minimum 7+ years in SAP CRM Technical;

·       Experience and interested to work in AMS process (incident, problem and enhancements)

·       Strong knowledge in Web UI, BOL-Genil programming, One Order framework, Master Data(Business Partner), BADI's;

·       Good Knowledge in Middleware (data loads, BDOC monitoring and issue fixing);

·       Experience in OData, Workflow, Data Source, web service would be an added advantage

·       Avoid candidate who have worked on Utilities domain. Only CRM Service and Sales

Role Description SAP CRM Lead Technical Consultant :

In this role you will have an opportunity to

              Participate as a key member of an implementation Support team to provide the technical deliverables for multiple SAP transformation and enhancemen t projects

              Leverage your ABAP skills to develop innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis of technical requirements

              Participate in the full software development lifecycle to handle development touch points transports e tc

              Convert requirements to technical specifications and system design

              Carry out self code reviews and peer code reviews

              Provide implementation and technical support for 3rd Party applications which are an extension of the SAP applications land scape

              Troubleshoot resolve problems reported by Business

               Participates in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes

              Mentor Junior members in the team

Educational Qualifications

Engineering Degree level or higher

S kills and Experience

Mandatory

              6 8 Years of Experience in SAP ABAP and CRM Technical development

              Good experience with SAP CRM Sales and Service Processes and One order framework

               5 years of ABAP WRICEF experience across multiple SAP compo nents including very good working knowledge of WEB UI and OOPS ABAP

              Experience in standard Web UI Components enhancement and have experience of Application Enhancement Tool AET

               Expertise in CRM Web UI BOL Programming View Configurations and R un time Repository changes

              Knowledge in the following areas One Order Framework Org Model Categorization Schema Partner determination procedure Action profile Date profile Status Profile Navigation bar profile Business role

              CRM ACE Go od to have

              ERMS Good to have

              Reports BAPIs BSP and Work Flow
